Heather moved to Hood River in 2010 for the mountain life and stayed for the community. As she worked at the mountain and in several local businesses, she found herself drawn back to school. She wanted to find something that made a difference in her community. She graduated from Touro University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and returned to The Gorge in 2021. Her education focused on a foundation of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Her clinical training emphasized diversity, innovative interventions, breath guided movement, posture, and stability. In her practice, Heather draws on her history of being an athlete and a physical therapy patient to treat with empathy and compassion. Her dream of providing holistic, affordable, and convenient care through physical therapy is coming to life with Gorge to Summit Physical Therapy. When she’s not working, she enjoys biking, climbing, gardening, and skiing.

Dianne moved to Hood River in 2019. She was drawn to the area for the love of adventure she and the community encompassed. Prior to graduating from Regis University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy she received her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Empathy, active listening, patient advocacy, and holistic care are core components of her practice. As an artist and athlete she is able to provide creative care that focuses on the patient's goals, passions, and lifestyle. Applying neurological principles, creativity, her vast knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation, and emphasis on strength and stability Dianne will help you address your movements goals through posture and body mechanics training. This is complimented with exercises to treat and prevent chronic underlying causes of compensation strategies. Her dream of providing holistic, compassionate care for all community members is finally accomplished through Gorge to Summit Physical Therapy. In her free time you'll find her rock climbing, skiing, backpacking, or painting around the Gorge.
