The Mindful Body: A Conscious Approach to Healthy Movement
This course uses principles of Pilates, meditations, and mindfulness to improve your connection to your body. It will help you understand how you move, how your body feels when you move, and how to play with movement. Our goal is to give you tools and confidence to move with less restriction, more creativity, and a live a life of healthy movement.
