Service Description
Engage in a series of floor-based exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. This class focuses on incorporating Pilates based exercises in conjunction with common movement patterns used throughout your day to help you avoid unwanted injuries by improving body mechanics, breath technique, balance, and strength of the important postural muscles used throughout your day.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of appointment time, we will keep your deposit and you will receive a bill for an additional cost equalling 50% of your appointment cost. This is due 10 days after bill is received.
